The Pin-Up Perch Of Richard Eagle #2

Eagle #12 was not only a super sized origin issue, but also contained several fantastic pin-ups. Would you expect less from Crystal Comics? I never did, and here are two classics. First up, we have Ron Lim and Bill Anderson. I love this one, it has tons of action and...yes...NINJAS! The recently released Essential Silver Surfer Volume 2 is loaded with Lim Luminosity and showcases how great his artwork is. And then we thrum to a different vibe with Matt Wagner's moody take on our hero and his occasional lapse into a dead end in dealing with his inner Orb. I expect stunning stuff from Wagner, and this delivers. Check out more from Grendel's creator at his website!
